FAQ
Clear answers before technical work starts.
These answers are written for store owners and operations teams. They should be reviewed as service policies evolve.
What types of WooCommerce problems do you fix?
Checkout failures, payment errors, inaccurate conversion tracking, plugin conflicts, order email issues, slow stores, migrations, API integrations and ongoing maintenance issues.
Do you work on live websites?
Yes, but production changes are handled carefully. Many checks can be completed without changing the live site.
Do you use a staging environment?
Staging is preferred for updates and repairs that may affect checkout, payment processing or customer experience.
What access will you need?
Access depends on the issue. It may include WordPress admin, hosting, DNS, payment gateway, Google Tag Manager, analytics, email service and logs.
How should credentials be shared?
Use a password manager, temporary user account, hosting invite or another secure method. Do not send passwords through ordinary forms or checkout notes.
Can you guarantee every issue can be repaired?
No. Diagnosis comes first. Some issues depend on hosting, third-party systems, unsupported code or access limitations.
How long does an audit take?
A standard audit is usually delivered in approximately three to five business days after required access and scope are confirmed.
What happens after the audit?
You receive findings, risk notes and a prioritized repair plan. Implementation can be quoted separately if needed.
Is the audit fee refundable?
Audit fees generally cover diagnostic work already performed. Review the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchase.
Do you offer emergency support?
Emergency diagnosis is available subject to schedule, access readiness and technical complexity.
Do you work with custom themes?
Yes, provided the code and licenses can be accessed and the scope is technically reasonable.
Do you support Elementor?
Yes, for sites that already use Elementor. New builds do not require a page builder by default.
Do you support Gutenberg?
Yes. Gutenberg and native WordPress editing are preferred where practical.
Do you support custom plugins?
Yes, if the code can be reviewed and the scope is clear. Unsupported or encrypted code may limit what can be repaired.
Can you fix tracking across multiple domains?
Yes. Cross-domain tracking can be inspected for GA4, GTM, payment redirects and related attribution issues.
Can you repair Stripe or PayPal problems?
Yes. Gateway configuration, webhooks, checkout errors and plugin conflicts can be inspected.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Monthly plans cover updates, monitoring, reporting and support capacity according to the selected plan.
Can you work with my existing developer?
Yes. Clear communication and documented changes help avoid duplicate work or conflicting fixes.
Do you offer white-label support?
Yes, where scope, communication rules and client ownership are agreed in advance.
Which countries do you serve?
The primary market is the United States, United Kingdom and European Union.
How are projects billed?
Fixed-scope projects can be purchased through WooCommerce. Complex work may require a quote, deposit or monthly agreement.
What is considered out of scope?
Anything not listed in the agreed deliverables, including unrelated redesign, new custom features, hosting fees, paid licenses or third-party platform costs.
Do monthly support hours roll over?
No rollover is promised unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Do you provide hosting?
Hosting can be reviewed and migrations can be handled, but hosting resale is not offered unless explicitly added later.
Can you guarantee increased sales?
No. Technical services can remove friction and improve data quality, but cannot guarantee revenue, profit or advertising performance.
