About Zolaymi LLC
Created by an ecommerce operator who became a technical problem solver.
Zolaymi helps WordPress and WooCommerce store owners diagnose and repair the technical problems that interrupt orders, payments, tracking, email and day-to-day store operations.
Company story
Built from the pressure of running online stores, not from a generic agency playbook.
Zolaymi exists because technical issues in ecommerce are not abstract. They affect customers, orders, staff workload, advertising data and trust in the business.
Commercial pressure
When checkout fails, the business feels it immediately.
Store owners do not only see an error message. They see lost orders, confused customers, support tickets, advertising spend with unreliable data and pressure to find a fix quickly.
Technical complexity
WooCommerce problems often cross several systems.
A payment issue can involve gateway settings, webhooks, cache rules, scripts, theme overrides, emails, tracking tags and hosting behavior. Zolaymi inspects the complete flow before deciding what to change.
Positioning
We find and fix the technical problems causing WooCommerce stores to lose orders.
The work is focused on root-cause diagnosis, controlled implementation and practical documentation that a business owner can understand.
Timeline
From ecommerce operations to WooCommerce technical services.
The later stages are intentionally described without invented dates. The important part is the progression from operating stores to solving the systems behind them.
- 2016
Omar begins working in ecommerce.
He starts managing online stores and dealing directly with orders, customers, suppliers, advertising platforms and store operations.
- Following years
Recurring technical issues become part of daily operations.
Checkout failures, gateway errors, tracking problems, email delivery issues, plugin conflicts and slow sites create pressure that cannot be solved with vague advice.
- Technical transition
He starts learning the systems behind the store.
Programming, WordPress, WooCommerce, APIs, webhooks, analytics and automation become practical tools for diagnosing problems directly.
- Implementation phase
He builds and manages solutions for ecommerce operations.
The focus moves from patching symptoms to creating cleaner checkout, tracking, email, support and automation workflows that can be tested and maintained.
- Zolaymi
That practical experience becomes focused services for other stores.
Zolaymi turns operator experience into specialist WordPress and WooCommerce support for businesses that need clear technical implementation without a full agency contract.
Mission
Fewer technical failures, clearer systems and more reliable ecommerce processes.
Zolaymi aims to make technical support easier to understand and easier to buy.
Diagnose root causes
We reproduce the problem, inspect the complete flow and identify what is causing the failure before recommending changes.
Reduce unnecessary complexity
We avoid adding tools by default. A new plugin is only useful when it solves the right problem and can be maintained.
Make systems easier to manage
Checkout, tracking, email, support and automation work should be documented, testable and understandable for the store owner.
Working philosophy
Technical work starts with the business problem.
The visible error is often only the symptom. The repair process is designed to understand how the issue affects customers, orders and operations.
Understand the business problem first
Technical work begins with the effect on customers, orders, reporting or staff workload.
Reproduce before repairing
The issue should be confirmed through testing, logs, real workflows or controlled test orders.
Fix the system, not only the symptom
A visible error can be caused by several connected systems that need to be traced carefully.
Avoid unnecessary plugins
A plugin is not automatically a solution. Extra tools can add new conflicts, costs and maintenance risk.
Validate every implementation
Checkout, tracking, email, webhooks and automations should be tested after changes.
Document the work
The customer should know what changed, why it changed and what remains outside scope.
Be realistic about results
Zolaymi does not promise guaranteed revenue or unsupported conversion improvements.
Keep services focused
Customers can buy a specific technical service without being forced into a large agency contract.
Different by design
Not a general marketing agency. Not a plugin installer.
Zolaymi sits between ecommerce operations and technical implementation. The work is practical, scoped and tested.
Direct ecommerce operating experience
The service model comes from running online stores and dealing with customers, payment providers, ads, fulfilment, hosting and support issues.
Specialized WordPress and WooCommerce focus
The work centers on checkout, payments, tracking, email, migrations, performance, automations and maintenance.
Individual services with clear boundaries
A store can request an audit, a repair, a microservice or ongoing support without buying a broad agency package.
Root-cause diagnosis before adding tools
We inspect what is already installed, what is conflicting and what the store actually needs before recommending implementation.
Testing across the customer journey
Product pages, cart, checkout, payment, order confirmation, tracking, email and support flows are treated as connected systems.
Communication for business owners
The explanation should be clear enough for a non-technical owner to understand what failed and what was changed.
Practical experience areas
Working knowledge from implementing and managing real ecommerce systems.
This is not presented as a certification list. These are the areas Zolaymi works with when diagnosing and improving WooCommerce store reliability.

Values
Simple standards for technical work that affects live stores.
These values guide how Zolaymi handles access, changes, testing and communication.

Who Zolaymi works best with.
The best projects have a clear business problem, access to the affected systems and a willingness to follow a controlled implementation process.

Founder background
Omar started in ecommerce before he started selling technical services.
Omar is an industrial engineer and entrepreneur who began working in ecommerce in 2016. During years of running and managing online stores, he dealt with checkout failures, payment gateway problems, missing and duplicated orders, unreliable conversion tracking, poor email delivery, plugin conflicts, slow WordPress websites, difficult migrations, broken automations, cart abandonment and customer-support pressure.
At first, many of those problems were handled the way store owners often handle them: ask a developer, install another plugin, apply a temporary fix and hope the problem does not return. Over time, that became too fragile.
A note from Omar
I did not start Zolaymi because I wanted to build another agency. I started it because I spent years dealing with the same technical problems ecommerce owners face every day. Checkout errors, payment failures, tracking mismatches and broken automations were not abstract tickets to me. They affected orders, customers and the confidence of the business.
I learned how to solve these problems because my own operations depended on it. Zolaymi is built around the kind of support I wanted then: careful diagnosis, clear scope, secure access handling, practical implementation and documentation that explains what changed.
