Start Here

Start with what you know

The fastest route is not always the smallest package. Choose the level of intervention based on certainty, business risk and how many systems are involved.

I know something is wrong, but not why

Technical Audit & Analysis

For: Intermittent checkout, payment, tracking, email, performance or plugin issues where the root cause is unclear.

Not for: A single confirmed setup task that already fits a fixed service scope.

Request an Audit

I know the exact system that needs work

Browse Fixed-Scope Microservices

For: A known implementation such as SMTP, GA4 tracking, cart recovery, coupons, reviews, chat or checkout optimization.

Not for: Several connected failures that need diagnosis before implementation.

View Microservices

Several systems must be rebuilt or connected

Custom Systems Project

For: Checkout development, custom APIs, migrations, subscriptions, multilingual flows, multiple automations or legacy systems.

Not for: A small package that can be completed safely inside one fixed microservice.

Discuss the Project

I need continued supervision

Managed Technical Support

For: Stores that need ongoing monitoring, technical allocation, maintenance supervision or agency delivery support.

Not for: A one-time implementation with no continuing operational responsibility.

Deliverables

A completed implementation should leave evidence

Documentation depth is adapted to the package, but the work should not disappear into a vague plugin change.

Scope record

What was included, excluded and approved.

Implementation record

What changed, where and why.

Validation checklist

Which orders, events, emails, integrations, devices and customer actions were tested.

Dependency notes

Which plugins, licences, providers, accounts, APIs and credentials the system relies on.

Known limitations

What remains dependent on third parties, hosting, platform policies, traffic, consent or future updates.

Operating guidance

What the client must monitor or maintain after launch.

Process

Controlled changes, not plugin experimentation

1

Scope the dependency

Define the customer flow, affected systems, exclusions, access and completion criteria.

2

Reproduce and diagnose

Confirm the problem and inspect logs, configuration, integrations and dependencies.

3

Implement safely

Use staging, backups, rollback planning and controlled production changes where practical.

4

Validate the complete journey

Test the business flow: cart, checkout, payment, orders, email, tracking, accounts, webhooks, mobile and failure recovery.

5

Document and hand over

Provide the relevant notes, tests, dependencies, limitations and operating guidance.

Access and security

Access should be temporary and limited

Do not send passwords through ordinary contact forms. Create named temporary WordPress accounts, use the minimum required role, use staging where appropriate and revoke access after completion. Avoid sharing payment-card information, private keys or customer exports through ordinary email.

Zolaymi may process customer data temporarily when required to perform the service. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Who Zolaymi is for

  • Businesses preparing to migrate or scale
  • Stores without an internal WooCommerce technical specialist
  • Physical-product, digital-product and subscription businesses

Who Zolaymi may not suit

  • The cheapest untested plugin installation
  • Fake reviews, consent bypass or provider-rule circumvention
  • Illegal or prohibited businesses
  • Guaranteed revenue expectations
  • Unlimited work inside a fixed package
  • Projects without required access or cooperation
  • Unsupported legacy systems that cannot be safely modified
  • General branding rather than technical ecommerce work

Why Zolaymi

Technical decisions based on the complete ecommerce flow

Zolaymi specializes in WordPress and WooCommerce systems where checkout, payments, email, tracking, customer support, performance and integrations affect the same business outcome: a customer can complete the journey and the store can operate with confidence.

WordPress and WooCommerce specialization Practical ecommerce operating experience Diagnosis before unnecessary implementation Controlled testing and package limits Clear documentation No automatic pressure into a retainer

Pricing

Implementation pricing should match the actual work

Fixed implementations use one-time pricing when the work is a defined setup. Recurring fees are reserved for services that require continued monitoring or technical allocation. Third-party licences, subscriptions, API usage and taxes may apply separately.

Delivery begins after payment or approved deposit, scope acceptance, required access and required information are complete. Client or third-party delays pause the timeline.

Revision and warranty boundaries

Up to three reasonable revision rounds are included unless stated otherwise. New functionality is not a revision.

A 365-day limited implementation warranty covers defects directly caused by Zolaymi's original implementation. Extra support, third-party changes, client modifications, unrelated issues and new work are paid separately unless covered by an active managed-service subscription.

FAQs

Questions before choosing a service

Which service should I choose?

Start with the symptom and the level of certainty. If the root cause is unclear or several systems may be involved, choose Technical Audit & Analysis. If you know the exact system and it fits a defined package, choose the relevant fixed-scope service. If several systems must change together, request a custom project review.

Should I start with an audit?

Yes when the symptom is visible but the cause is not. Checkout abandonment, intermittent payment failures, missing tracking, email issues and plugin conflicts can all look simple while involving several systems. An audit reduces the risk of purchasing the wrong implementation.

What is the difference between an audit and a repair?

An audit identifies what is wrong, classifies severity and creates a repair roadmap. A repair changes the system to correct a confirmed issue. Some repairs can be scoped directly, but unclear or multi-system problems usually need diagnosis first.

What is a fixed-scope microservice?

A fixed-scope microservice is a defined implementation for one WooCommerce website with clear inclusions, limits, delivery expectations and testing. It is not unlimited development and does not automatically include unrelated repairs, extra sites, custom integrations or ongoing management.

Why are most implementations priced once?

Most setup work is a one-time technical implementation: configure the system, connect the tools, test the customer flow and hand over the result. Recurring pricing is reserved for work that genuinely requires monitoring, ongoing technical allocation or continued supervision.

Which services require monthly billing?

Monthly billing is appropriate for backup and uptime monitoring, WooCommerce operations support, development retainers and certain tools where the client chooses a recurring option. One-time builds such as tracking setup, checkout optimization or migration should not be forced into artificial subscriptions.

Can you work on an existing live store?

Yes, but risk determines the method. Some configuration can be reviewed safely on a live site. Higher-risk changes should use staging, backups, maintenance windows, rollback planning or explicit approval before production changes.

Do you use staging?

Staging is preferred when changes can affect checkout, payments, tracking, customer accounts, email delivery, integrations or performance. Not every small configuration needs staging, but the decision should be made deliberately based on risk.

Will you install plugins?

Sometimes, but the service is not just plugin installation. Zolaymi configures, integrates and tests the workflow around the selected tool. If a plugin is not needed or creates unnecessary risk, the recommendation may be different.

Are plugin licences included?

No, unless a service page or quotation says otherwise. Premium plugins, SaaS subscriptions, email providers, SMS or WhatsApp usage, API usage, hosting and platform fees are paid separately by the client.

What access will you need?

Access depends on the scope. It may include WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, payment gateway settings, analytics platforms, email providers, review platforms, support tools, staging and backups. Access should be temporary, named and role-limited where possible.

Should I send my password through the contact form?

No. Do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, payment-card details, database exports or customer lists through ordinary forms. Zolaymi requests access separately through safer onboarding if the work proceeds.

Do you test real orders?

Where relevant, Zolaymi validates the actual WooCommerce flow with controlled test orders or equivalent safe tests. Testing may include add to cart, checkout, payment, order creation, transactional email, tracking events, customer account actions, webhooks and mobile behavior.

Are revisions included?

Up to three reasonable revision rounds are included unless a service page or quotation states otherwise. Revisions must relate to the original approved scope. New functionality, extra integrations, extra languages, extra websites or redesign requests are not ordinary revisions.

Is post-delivery support included?

Zolaymi includes a 365-day limited implementation warranty for defects directly caused by the original implementation. Extra support, unrelated faults, third-party changes, client modifications, new features and ongoing maintenance are paid separately unless covered by an active managed-service agreement.

Can you guarantee improved sales?

No. Technical services can improve configuration, reliability, customer flow and data quality, but sales depend on traffic quality, product, pricing, offer, brand, competition, operations and customer intent. Zolaymi does not guarantee revenue, conversion rates or advertising results.

Can you work with Shopify or other platforms?

Zolaymi specializes in WordPress and WooCommerce. Other ecommerce platforms may be reviewed for limited connected work, but the standard services are designed around WooCommerce systems.

Can you help agencies?

Yes. Zolaymi can provide specialist WooCommerce implementation behind an agency when roles, communication boundaries, client ownership, confidentiality and scope are clear. White-label work is quoted separately.

What happens after I purchase?

For public checkout, Zolaymi first confirms service fit, scope and availability before accepting payment. After approval, the client provides required access and information. Work begins only after scope, payment or approved deposit, access and required details are complete.

Can you handle urgent production problems?

Possibly, subject to availability and risk. Active outages, payment failures or security incidents may require emergency troubleshooting rather than a fixed microservice. Emergency availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

How are custom projects priced?

Custom systems projects are quoted after technical review. Pricing depends on affected systems, integrations, custom development, staging needs, data volume, risk, testing requirements and post-launch support. The starting point does not mean every project is accepted at the minimum.

Do prices include taxes?

Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes can depend on customer location, business status, valid VAT number, reverse-charge eligibility, payment method and applicable registrations.

Can several microservices be combined?

Yes, when the scopes fit together. If the combined work changes several systems or creates sequencing risk, Zolaymi may recommend a custom project instead of several disconnected microservices.

What happens when a third-party platform changes?

Third-party updates, API changes, platform policies, hosting changes and plugin updates can affect previously working systems. Work caused by future third-party changes is normally separate unless covered by an active maintenance or managed-support agreement.

Next step

Tell us what the store is doing, not which plugin you think it needs

Describe the symptoms, affected customer flow and urgency. Zolaymi will determine whether the right next step is an audit, a defined implementation, a repair project, ongoing support or no intervention.
